Hidden Vegetable Meatloaf - If you love meatloaf, then you simply, must try this one! So easy you will be shocked, all you do is mix eveything together and slow bake in the oven. The hearty goodness of all the added vegetables takes the healthy factor up a notch, giving you, yet another reason to make this one!

Ingredients to make Hidden Vegetable Meatloaf
1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1/4 c Raw, grated potato,
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1/4 c Grated Carrot
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Broth, gravy, tomato juice, etc.
1 c Chopped Vegetables, optional
peas,carrots,green beans,celery,green peppers,etc
***You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
Directions to make Hidden Vegetable Meatloaf
Step 1:MIx all ingredients, place in loaf pan.
Step 2:Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
