turk2 Cheesy Turkey Macaroni - This rustic, homestyle, baked turkey pasta recipe is very, very creamy. Canned cream soup and a full cup of milk partner up to create that succulently creamy texture, with a little cheddar cheese as well. As simple as mixing things together, and an ideal way to use up leftover Christmas or Thanksgiving turkey. It’s even “kid approved”.

Ingredients to make Cheesy Turkey Macaroni

1 1/2 c Macaroni, uncooked
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c Turkey, cooked
4 oz Mushrooms, drained
1 c Cream of mushroom soup
1 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Curry powder
1 c Peas, frozen

Directions to make Cheesy Turkey Macaroni

Step 1:Heat oven to 350F. Stir together all ingredients; pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cover; bake 1 hour.
